Hello dear Randomthings Shop customers, I have put together a short list of the most frequently asked questions and answers for you. If your questions are not included, just contact us. 


1. What does earrings with 925 silver pins mean? You can choose these earrings if your ears are sensitive to other earrings.

Earrings with pins made of 925 silver means that only the pins of the earrings  are made of 925 silver, but not the rest. If the earrings are made entirely of 925 silver, it is indicated in the info as: "Material 925 silver". 

We have already received a lot of positive feedback from our customers who have sensitive ears and who tolerated earrings with 925 silver pins without any problems. 

All earrings with these pins can be found in the catalog under "925S" just have a look. 



2. Unfortunately, my ears still did not tolerate the earrings with the pins made of 925 silver, what can I do now?

Unfortunately, every body is different and so irritation can still occur in individual cases. If this happens, please remove the jewelry immediately and contact us. We will then contact you immediately and arrange a return and of course grant you a refund of the purchase price.

3. I live outside of Germany, can I still order from you?

Unfortunately not at the moment, orders are currently only possible within Germany. .

4. How can I pay in your shop? What payment methods do you offer?

We have made the following payment methods available for you: Paypal, Giropay, credit card, bank transfer and Alipay.

If you want to use bank transfer or Alipay, please select offline payments at check out.


5. Unfortunately I don't have pierced ears,can I order earrings with clips from you?

Almost all stud earrings in the Random Things Shop can be reworked into clips. Simply order your desired earrings and leave us a short note at check out that you would like clips instead of studs. 

6. When will my order be shipped?

If all ordered products are available, they will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days after receipt of payment. You will also receive a separate email with the tracking number for tracking, so you know exactly where your order is at the moment. If the items are not available, it can of course take longer. 

7. I have received my order, but unfortunately I have found faults or defects in it. What can I do?

Don't worry if something breaks in transit. Take a picture of the defective product and send us the picture and your order number. We will then contact you immediately and exchange the product for you if it is still available. If it is no longer available, you can choose another one of the same value or we will refund the purchase price.

8. What can I do if I don't like the items in my order? 

Of course we hope that you like our products, but if that is not the case, you can contact us within 14 days of purchase and send the items back. Simply contact us and we will exchange the items for you or refund the purchase price. Yes, you can return the items within 14 days. However, you have to take care of the shipping for the return yourself, please note that. Please see more information under cancellation policy   (click here)
 
 
 


9.How can I care for my jewelry?
Most of the jewelry from the Random Things Shop is fashion jewelry. However, all pieces are unique and of good quality.
 
Nevertheless, you should make sure that your jewelry does not come into contact with water, cosmetics, perfume or other liquids.
 
You should also take off your jewelery before exercising or going to bed and store it in a dry place. :)

10. I really like certain pieces of jewellery, but they are showing as sold out/unavailable. Will they be available again? If so, is it possible to be informed?

 

Most products that are currently Sold Out/Unavailable will be available again. You are welcome to write to us which of these products you like. We will inform you as soon as possible when the article is available again. 

 

If the products are no longer displayed, they will no longer be restocked / will not be available in the future. Should you nevertheless fall in love with one of these articles, we will certainly find a solution, please send us an email.

    Um neue FAQ hinzuzufügen, befolge diese Schritte: 1. Verwalte FAQ in deiner Website-Verwaltung oder im Editor. 2. Füge einen neue Frage und Antwort hinzu. 3. Weise deine FAQ einer Kategorie zu. 4. Speichere und veröffentliche. Du kannst jederzeit zurückkehren und deine FAQ bearbeiten.
  • Wie entferne ich den Titel „Häufig gestellte Fragen“?
    Du kannst den Titel im FAQ-Tab für „Einstellungen“ im Editor bearbeiten. Um den Titel in deiner App zu entfernen, öffne den Tab „Website & App“ in deiner Owner-App und passe ihn an.
  • Kann ich ein Bild, Video oder GIF zu meinen FAQ hinzufügen?
    Ja. Um Medien hinzuzufügen, befolge diese Schritte. 1. Verwalte FAQ in deiner Website-Verwaltung oder im Editor. 2. Erstelle neue FAQ oder bearbeite bereits vorhandene. 3. Klicke im Antworttextfeld auf das Video-, Bild- oder GIF-Symbol. 4. Füge Medien aus deiner Bibliothek hinzu und speichere.
